Pre-Natal Breastfeeding Classes
Your baby will be here soon and we’re here to help you prepare for your breastfeeding journey! The goal of this pre-natal breastfeeding class is to help you feel more confident about feeding your baby and bonding in the process.
You’re invited to join us for our live virtual pre-natal breastfeeding classes, taught on the 1st and 3rd Thursdays of each month, from 6-8 pm, taught by Breastfeeding Educator Bonnie Schrouder, R.N., I.B.C.L.C. Please fill out the form below to sign up for our classes.
Bonnie is an engaging and knowledgeable teacher who provides a safe and encouraging space to ask questions. She strives to make each class FUN, while providing the information you’ll need to feel more confident about feeding your newborn. We’re excited to offer this class!

- What to expect during the first month and beyond
- Understanding how your body produces breastmilk
- How to establish and maintain a healthy milk supply
- Breastfeeding positions and how to help baby latch
- Feeding frequency and knowing if your baby is getting enough
- How to pump and store breastmilk
- The role of your partner when breastfeeding
- Common breastfeeding issues and solutions
- What to do if breastfeeding becomes difficult
This class is for parents of pre-registered Eugene Pediatric Associates babies. If you are not already a registered Eugene Pediatrics family, we welcome you to sign up for a live virtual meet and greet with our pediatricians.
