Baby 101

Welcome to parenthood! We invite you to join us for Baby 101, a class that is designed to address parents’ most common concerns about 1-month-old babies.

Taught by our nurse practitioners, Dana Boonstra and Devin Hookland, some of the many topics covered in Baby 101 are soothing your baby, figuring out why your baby is crying, breastfeeding and formula feeding, sleep safety, and which conditions need your pediatrician’s attention.

Baby 101 will be offered virtually on the first and third Tuesday of each month from 12-1 pm. If you are interested in attending, please register here.

The presentation is available in a printable PDF format, so you can refer to it any time. Can’t find what you’re looking for? Remember, our experts are here to help. Call our office 24 hours a day, 7 days a week with your questions or concerns. Or schedule your baby’s one month well child exam and a provider can answer your specific questions.
